We accept a wide variety of Insurance Programs including Medi-cal, California Health & Wellness, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare AETNA, CIGNA, and Tricare.  Additionally, we offer “sliding schedule fee” for those having trouble financially.

We are working on meeting your expectations, for that reason we have a Referral Coordinator working on getting your special referral scheduled as soon as possible.

During the well child exam parents have the opportunity to check up on their child’s health and make sure they are growing and developing normally. Well child Exams begin at two weeks of age and continue until the child turns 18 years old. Immunizations recommended by the CDC are given during these visits. If your child will be joining any sports during his academic year he may be required to have a current sports physical. Sports physicals are good for one. A sports physical can determine if the athlete can safely play the sport they chose to join. During a sports physical it is a great opportunity to address any concerns and to help keep immunizations up to date.

Looking for a doctor who does circumcisions?

We are one of the few clinics in our area who performs circumcisions. We perform circumcisions on boys one month and younger. If you are considering circumcision for your child please call our clinic as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Getting dental work done?

Certain dental procedures require a visit to a doctor to make sure overall health is okay. You can schedule a visit with us to have your dental pre-op completed.

Chuk Ndulue is dedicated to providing his patients with the best possible care. Dr. Ndulue did his residency at UC Davis Medical Center. For most of the last thirty years he has practiced in the area. “My fondest experience is seeing babies grow into adults with their own children and in at least one case grandchildren.

Melanie Holley is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who provides well and sick care to infants, children, and adolescents.
She received her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice and has a publication in the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. Melanie is also a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Melanie has a special interest in equipping families with the health promotion education they need to promote positive physical, emotional, mental, and social health.

Kimberly Sullivan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is energetic and friendly. She currently provides care to children of all ages.
She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Kimberly is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Her special interest is in women’s health and pediatrics.
